I have been on of self healing journey since 2001 and it began in small village on a magical lake in Guatemala. I found a small meditation retreat centre and it was there in a small pyramid that I took my first yoga class. From that first day I continued with yoga and meditation everyday for a month I also learned shiatsu and reiki from a woman in the area . The meditations were challenging but I fell in love with yoga, it was a moving meditation and it made my body feel alive again I was amazed at how far I could move my body if I let my self focus on my breath and how my mind would become more quiet.

When I returned home I found the teachings of Yoga teacher Shakti Mhi and the books of Eckhart Tolle which encouraged me to continue my practice. I decided to continue learning the art of Shiatsu here on the North Shore with Kioshi Ikenaga. This is when I realized how valuable the teachings I had already learned was.
No matter what stage of life I am at yoga helps to keep me centred be it calming my mind from unexpected life situations, releasing tension from repetitive work or bring my emotions back into balance. I have been practicing Yoga since 2001 and have been practicing meditation and pranayama (breathing) since my instructor training in 2007 at Prana Yoga College.
Yoga changed my life and continues to change my life in profound ways.
I have been practicing and studying shiatsu, Thai massage, aromatherapy and ayruvedic massage since 2003. I worked at Vida a World Class Wellness Spa for 4 years and have been growing my own practice on the North Shore.
I strive to help others on their own journey of self healing and look forward to helping guide you to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
